Dr. Fuhman fasting book

This fasting book by Dr. Fuhrman will be one of my next purchases. Either that or I will try to get it out the library. I always liked his stuff, but wasn't so sure about whether fasting was right for me. But the more I read about it from other sources, the more I realize it's probably worth trying. Can't hurt.
